All our products are dispatched directly to the consumer from our international fulfillment centers (including our partner facilities in China). Any additional charges, such as local customs duties or import taxes, are the sole responsibility of the consumer.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. As an international boutique, any special additional customs clearance charges and/or import duties are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

SECTION 15 - REFUSED PACKAGES AND NON-COLLECTION

If an order is refused at the time of delivery or not collected from a designated pickup point/post office, the package will be returned to our fulfillment center. A $25 CAD fee will be deducted from the customer's refund to cover the return shipping, handling, and administrative processing costs.

SECTION 16 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
